Copy Notes employs strict refund policies for its customers, we provide refunds when there is a cancellation made before the product got shipped and no refunds will be entertained once the product got shipped. In case order got cancelled or payment got failed, then your amount will be refunded according to Razorpay terms.
Cancellation Policy: Once placed any order on Copy Notes Store, Student can cancel the order anytime before order got shipped and can request a full refund. If the order got shipped, no cancellations allowed.
Technical issues at time of payment side are to taken up with the Gateway provider.
Shipping:
We normally have standard shipping with normal shipping fee and it can be exempted. If the cart value exceeds the minimum amount which is different on product basis.
Delivery:
Order Delivery is depend on Shipping and it takes 7-10 working days or even more days if there is a delay in transit. If the product isn’t delivered within 15 days of shipping, you can write to us at [email protected] and we will provide immediate resolution.
